  • Student "Name": Financial → FA Tracking Form page

Users with the following permissions: 
  • Financial → FA Tracking Form: Edit FA Tracking Forms without inputted "Verification Clear Date"
  • Financial → FA Tracking Form: Edit FA Tracking Forms without and with inputted "Verification Clear Date"

 

Case:

When filling out the FA Tracking Form it is impossible to mark whether an event has happened or not. For example, whether the entrance loan counseling was conducted.

If FAA leaves a field blank, it will not be clear whether an event did not happen or user just forgot to fill this information. 


Problem:

How to show if an event happened or not in the FA Tracking Form?

 

Solution:

The ability to mark if an event has happened or not was added for the following fields on the Student "Name": Financial - FA Tracking Form page:

  • FA Orientation Date
  • MPN Completion Date (Student)
  • Entrance Loan Counseling Date
  • PLUS Application Date
  • MPN Completion/FU Letter Date (Parent)

If an event has not happened, then the Not Available checkbox should be selected in the appropriate field (e.g. Entrance Loan Counseling Date):



In this case the Entrance Loan Counseling Date field will display Not Available in the FA Tracking Form:




Following options were added to these search parameters on the  FA Tracking Report page:

  • No Data - FA tracking forms without any data are shown.
  • Not Available - FA tracking forms with the Not Available mark are shown:
