Case:

N/A option is missing in the Employer's Company.


Problem:

How to mark N/A in the Employer's Company in a placement record?


Solution:

On the Add Placement and Edit Placement pages the following changes were made:

  • The N/A option was added to the Employer's Company field.
    When choosing this option, all other fields in the Proof of Employment panel (except the Comments field) become hidden and not available (N/A) automatically:



  • The N/A option was added to the Date Employed field.
  • The N/A option was added to the Graduate's Job Title field.
  • The Comments field was added to the Proof of Employment panel.


On the Placement Module: Students page the following changes were made:

  • The Proof of Employment Comments field was added to the Placements panel. By default, it is not displayed, but it can be turned on in the Presets.
  • The Grad's Job Title search parameter in the Search & Order panel was renamed to the Graduate's Job Title and the Not Available option was added.
  • The Place of Employment search parameter in the Search & Order panel was renamed to the Employer's Company and the Not Available and No Data options were added:
