Users with the following permissions

  • User Support - Requests: View/Manage Requests

 

Case:
Customer Support is not a correct title because the school staff is the users of the system, not customers.

Problem:
How to make the function title correspond to its purpose?

Solution:
Added the Support Service Title setting at the School Settings page where the support service title can be set.
The default title is User Support:
