Leads & Students: Intro Email with Student ID for Enrolled Students added

Locations: 

• Student Name: Send Email page
• Send Bulk Email page
• School Settings page
• Email Templates page

Userss with the following permissions:

• Leads/Students: View
• Bulk Email: Send Bulk Email

Case:

Once students are enrolled they are assigned Student ID numbers. All enrolled students should receive their Student IDs as soon as they are enrolled.

Problem:

How to quickly and conveniently send students their ID after the enrollment?

Solution:

When the main stage of a student switches to the ENROLLED, an email with the personal ID is automatically sent to the student:

The Send Email and Send Bulk Email pages now allow sending this type of emails manually the following way:

1. Click the Load Template link below the Text field:
   
   
2. Click the Introductory Email for ENROLLED Students template at the Select Email Template pop-up panel:
   
   

User Notifications

The are two new user notifications:

• Receive emails about sent "Introductory Email for ENROLLED Students" (all students)
• Receive emails about sent "Introductory Email for ENROLLED Students" (own campuses and programs)

Each Monday the corresponding users will receive notifications about the emails sent to students last week:

Email settings

The following settings are added to the Admin menu at the Academy Settings page.

• Send Introductory Email for ENROLLED Students - enable/disable the automatic emails sending to students:
  
  

• Send Notifications about Sent Introductory Emails - enable/disable the automatic emails sending to users:

  
  

  

You can set up the email text in the Admin menu tab at the Email Templates page. Click the Edit menu item in the Actions drop-down menu near the Introductory Email for ENROLLED Students template:
