Case:

The manual stage switch is a higher priority than the automatic. For example, if a student’s stage had been manually switched from ACTIVE to ENROLLED, this student will not be switched to ACTIVE automatically after the Present attendance is recorded while all other students with the ENROLLED stage will be switched to ACTIVE automatically.


Problem:

How to avoid the need to check the stage of such students and switch them to ACTIVE manually?

 

Solution:

The automatic stage switching from ENROLLED to ACTIVE is improved.

If a student was manually switched from ENROLLED to ACTIVE and then back to ENROLLED the student’s stage will be automatically set to ACTIVE after the Present attendance is recorded.

But if the student’s stage is initially switched from ENROLLED to ACTIVE automatically and a user cancels this by manually switching to ENROLLED the stage will not be switched to ACTIVE automatically:
