Users with the following permissions: 

  • Email Leads: View


Case:

The new email leads notification is shown as a number in an orange circle at the Leads & Students → New Email Leads menu tab.

However the New Email Leads page may show not only the email leads with the New status but with other statuses as well (Added, Duplicate, Spam).

In this case, the new email leads may get unnoticed among the total number of students.


Problem:

How to provide better visibility for the new email leads and differentiate them from other leads?

 

Solution:

The New Email Leads page now shows all the email leads with the New status highlighted in orange. This makes the new email leads noticeable even if the report shows students with other statuses too:
