Case:

Sometimes a student needs to be added to multiple groups at once from the same program (e.g. the student have not yet decided which group is more convenient). But there is no ability to do it now - a student can be added from a program to one group only.


Problem:

How to add a student to multiple groups from the same program?

 

Solution:

Now students can be added to any number of groups from the same program:



Please, note that even with this improvement the student can study only in one group of the same program. A student cannot be enrolled in a group (switched to the ENROLLED stage) if the student is studying in any other group at the moment:



A student can be enrolled in a group from the same program after the student stops studying in the other group (the stage is switched to NOT STARTED, DROPPED, COMPLETED, etc.):



Note: The Leads & Students: Change the stage in group to ENROLLING when a student has another groups in the same program in the active stage (ENROLLED, ACTIVE, etc.) permission allows to ignore this limitation and switch a student's stage to the ENROLLED even if the student is studying in the other group at the moment.
