Case:

Before the study starts, it could be useful for students to have access to GEGI. They will be able to check the schedule, find contact information of their Admission Advisors, Instructors, Student Services Coordinator, etc.


Problem:

Students only gain access to GEGI after they are switched to the ACTIVE main stage when the study has already started.


Solution:

The Switching to this Main Stage will grant students access to GEGI setting is added to the School Settings page.

This setting defines the stage when students gain access to GEGI: REGISTERED, ENROLLED, or ACTIVE:
