Case: 

When a student drops the study (is switched to the DROPPED stage in group) the dropped documents are prepared for the student and there is the transcript among the documents. In this transcript, the "W" grades are shown only for the finished courses (where other students have Is Final Grade) that the student had started but have not finished. Until the other students have finished the course the transcript will show "In Progress" instead of "W".


Problem:

How to prepare the dropped documents for a student before the course end if the student should also have the "W" grade for the unfinished courses? 

 

Solution:

The conditions for getting the "W" grades are changed. Now the "W" grade will be displayed for the courses that the student started but have not finished right at the moment the student is switched to the DROPPED stage irrespective of the fact whether the other students have finished the course or not:
