Case:

When exporting students to CSV, the student's name is shown in a single column. But in some cases, the first and the last name need to be exported in separate columns.


Problem:

How to export a student name in a required way?

 

Solution:

Added an ability to specify how to view and export a student's name.

To configure which columns need to be displayed and exported, do the following:

  1. Open the Leads & Students page, the Financial Module: Students page, or the Education Module: Students page.
  2. Click the Settings button under the Presets panel.
  3. Select the fields that need to be shown or exported on the New Preset page: Full Name, First Name, Last Name:


E.g., if you select only Full Name, the name of a student will be shown in a single column:



Selecting the First Name and the Last Name will show the name in separate columns:
