Case:

The credit granted students that do not attend classes for more than 14 calendar days need to be switched from ACTIVE to LOA stage. Finding such students and switching the stages manually takes much time and effort.

Problem:

How to make it easier for the users to switch the credit granted students to LOA stage?

Solution:

ACTIVE stage now changes to LOA Pending automatically if a credit granted student has no present attendance for more than N calendar days.

The attendance is checked in the transferred groups, clinical rotations, and in the attendance log as well.

Note: N - is the value of the Number of Days After Last Attendance For Switch To Stage of Pipeline in Group to LOA Pending setting from the School Settings:

A LOA Form is automatically created after the stage change and the Last date of Class Attendance is put into this form.

The remaining required fields need to be filled in manually. Otherwise, during the Approve LOA process the following warning will be shown:

After a stage is automatically switched to LOA Pending users are required to check the student information, fill the LOA forms, and either deny or approve them. The users will receive a notification about it:

Note: You can find more information about the Stages of Pipeline in the following article - Stages of Pipeline: What are the stages of pipeline? How many types of the stages of pipeline are there?
