Users with the following permissions: 

  • Financial - Reports: View Schedule of Funding
  • Leads & Students: View SSN


Case:

The Schedule of Funding report exports all the rows and there is no ability to export SSN.


Problem:

How to export only the required data and include the SSN of the students into the report?

 

Solution:

The Schedule of Funding page now has the SSN column.

Note: The SSN here functions the same as in the rest of the system. The number is initially hidden and is shown after a click, provided the user has the permission to view it. Users should also select the format for Student Identifier during the export.


The Export Rows to CSV menu item is added to the Actions drop-down menu instead of the Export to CSV button. This action allows exporting only the selected rows:
