Case:

Users need to be able to download and print students' ISIR files in the PDF format.


Problem:

How to download ISIR files from GEGI in the PDF format?

 

Solution:

Added the ability to download ISIR files from GEGI in the PDF format. 

In order to do it use the View ISIR (PDF) item in the Actions drop-down menu at the ISIRs or Student "Name": ISIRs pages:



Before printing, you should check the following settings at the ISIR Settings pop-up panel:

  • Student Identifier - SSN output format (Hidden SSN, Last 4 Digits of SSN, Full SSN).
  • Print Certification/Signature Page - print the page for the student and the parent signatures.
  • Print SAR Comments - print the page for Comment Codes interpretation (Cover Page).
  • Print Loan Information - print the loan history from NSLDS.


Then click the View button. The ISIR (PDF) file will be generated according to the selected settings.
