Case:

The data from ISIR files have to be manually transferred to students' payment plans and FA tracking forms. This is inconvenient and takes much time.


Problem:

How to reduce time to transfer data from ISIR files to payment plans and FA tracking forms?

 

Solution:

Added an ability to update payment plans and FA tracking forms using the data from the uploaded ISIR files.


Open the Student "Name": ISIRs page, click the Update Payment Plans and FA Tracking Forms action, and follow the instructions to update the student's data individually:



The ISIRs page allows updating the data for multiple students at once.

You can do this by selecting the required records at the ISIRs panel and click the Update Payment Plans and FA Tracking Forms action at the Actions drop-down menu below the panel:
