  • Financial - FA Tracking Form: View FA Tracking Report
  • Financial: View


Case:

The fields related to the FA student information in a group (ISIR Transaction #, Financial Aid Status, Verification Groups, Comment Codes, Dependency Status) are located in Payment Plan but not in the FA Tracking Form at the moment.


Problem:

The location of the fields is not obvious for users. To edit the fields, users have to re-populate the Payment Plan.


Solution:

FA Tracking Form

  • The Student "Name": FA Tracking Form page now has the following additional fields: ISIR Transaction #, Financial Aid Status, Verification Groups, Comment Codes, Dependency Status.
    Those fields along with Financial Aid Award Year are grouped in the ISIR Data subpanel:


  • The rest of the fields from the Tracking Form Data panel is as well distributed among the corresponding subpanels to make it easier to search the necessary data:


  • Email-notifications about FA Tracking Form changes are improved with regard to the new fields.



FA Tracking Report

  • The FA Tracking Report page now has the following fields added: FA Award Year, ISIR Trans. #, and FA Status:


  • Added Groups column to the Verification sections (shows Verification Groups):



Payment Plan

The fields added to the FA Tracking Form (ISIR Transaction #, Financial Aid Status, Verification Groups, Comment Codes, Dependency Status) are shown in the Payment Plan as well to make it easier to view end edit them.

However, the limitations during population affecting these fields are removed because these fields may be edited without re-populating.
