There is a periodic email report about the new ISIR files.
The message contains all the new records that have been included in the ISIRs report since the last time the report had been sent to the user.
If the ISIRs are matched to the students, those records are distributed among campuses and programs. If not, the records are sent to all users.
The notification is sent always, without regard to whether there are new ISIRs in the report or not:
Note: The text about updating Financial Aid Plan and FA Tracking Form is shown only to the users with the Update Financial Aid Plans and FA Tracking Forms from ISIR permission.
The message contains a link to a corresponding period in the ISIRs report:
The settings for receiving the messages are now added to the My Notifications panel on the My Settings page.
The email notification frequency is set using Actions → Edit.
Note: Notifications are sent at 08:00 AM daily by default:
