ISIR reports help to get the information required for creating FISAP reports.


Do the following to see the fields that are required for creating FISAP reports: 

  1. Click the Students Eligible for FISAP preset:

  2. In the next pop-up panel select Academic Year:
    Note: The data for FISAP reports can be selected only within one academic year.


  3. After that, the report will display the fields required for creating FISAP reports:

    The Students Eligible for FISAP preset has the following filters:
    • Matched with Student = Yes
    • Dependency Status = Dependent + Independent
    • Group Type = Core Group
    • Stage in Group = ACTIVE
    • Stage in Group in Period = Award Year dates
    • Financial Aid is Available in Program = Yes
    • Show Transactions = Only Highest
    • FISAP Total Income = > -0.01

There is also the Students Eligible for FISAP report.

The report can be opened by selecting students in the ISIRs panel and clicking View Students Eligible for FISAP in the Actions drop-down menu:

Note: Only the last record from all the selected records will get into the report.



The students in the report are divided into two groups by dependency status: Dependent and Independent:



The data from this report can be exported using the Export button:



Clicking this button will open the Students Eligible for FISAP: Export page.

Select the required data for export and click the Export button again:

Note: If only one file is selected, the file will be downloaded as a CSV file. If multiple files are selected, they will be downloaded as a ZIP archive.



The Student Eligible for FISAP report also contains information about which students belong to which interval.

This information is displayed by clicking the number in the columns:



After that, the Students Eligible for FISAP: Details page will open and there you may see the detailed information about which students are present in this interval:



The Financial AidSettings menu tab contains the Students Eligible for FISAP: Total Income Intervals page where you can add or delete the intervals:

Note: Only the start of the interval is required to be entered when adding. The end of the interval will be calculated as "the start of the next interval - $1.00".
