Viewing ISIR Files
The ISIR files uploaded to GEGI can be viewed by clicking the ISIRs menu item in the Financial Aid menu tab.
The ISIRs panel contains all the necessary information about an ISIR file (Transaction Number, Transaction Receipt Date, etc.) and about the student it is matched to (Main Stage, Cohort/Group, Stage in Group).
The Presets are used to select the columns that need to be displayed. While the Search & Order panel allows to filter out the records by necessary criteria:
Importing and Matching ISIR Files to Students
When an ISIR file gets into GEGI, it is automatically matched to a student with the corresponding SSN if such student exists.
Note: If after importing a file a student has no SSN and later it is entered, the ISIR file with this SSN is automatically matched to the student.
The ISIRs report shows all ISIR files both matched and not.
If an ISIR file is matched to a certain student, the student's name will be displayed as a hyperlink in the Student column. Otherwise, the name will be displayed as a plain text.
Note: The Show ISIRs search parameter in the Search & Order panel allows filtering out the matched or not matched ISIR files:

ISIR Files in a Student Profile
If you need to view the ISIR files matched to a certain student, open the student profile and go to the Financial Aid→ ISIRs tab.
The Student "Name": ISIRs page shows the ISIRs panel with all the ISIR files uploaded to the student:
