  • Financial - ISIRs: View CPS Files 


Case:

Many financial student documents are stored as CPS files that are received in the SAIG Mailbox. These files should be uploaded to GEGI so that users can use that data in future to prepare payment plans, creating reports, etc.


Problem:

It is not convenient and takes time to download files from SAIG Mailbox and upload the to GEGI manually.


Solution:

Added the Financial Reports → CPS Files page that shows all files automatically uploaded in GEGI from SAIG Mailbox, and the files that have been uploaded manually by users with Actions → Import Files:
