Users with the following permissions:
- User Support → Requests → View/Manage Requests
Case:
The Hold status can have two possible meanings:
- A request that is on hold and can not be resolved now.
- A feature that is planned and queued for implementation.
Problem:
Users may get confused when their improvement request or feature suggestion is switched to Hold status.
Solution:
Added the new In Queue request status.
This status means the feature is planned but is not being implemented now.
The Hold status is used only for the issue requests that cannot be solved now:
