Users with the following permissions:
- Text Messages → Send Student Text Messages
- Text Messages → Create Text Message Campaigns
Case:
When sending a text message any links can be included in the message.
Problem:
All the messages sent from GEGI are checked by the message providers. The providers put certain restrictions for these numbers and the text messages containing links might be flagged as spam and fail to be delivered to students. Besides that, if too many messages are flagged as spam, there is a risk of the number being blocked.
Solution:
Added an ability to block certain types of links.
If a user tries to use a blocked link, the system will show a notification with an explanation and will not allow sending such a message:
The list of the blocked links is customizable and the developers fill up the list based on the information from the text message provider.
