GEGI now features an online chat for users to be able to quickly and easily contact the User Support.
Note: The chat is available only if it is enabled for the school.
You can open the chat by clicking the chat icon in the lower right corner on any page:
Next, you should select the type of your request and describe your issue in detail.
The User Support staff will respond to your request as soon as possible and help you to solve any issues.
When a staff member sends a message to you, it will appear as a popup notification in the lower right corner and the chat icon will display the number of unread messages.
You will hear a sound notification in your browser too.
Note: If you receive messages while you are logged out from GEGI, the messages will persist and will be delivered to you the next time you log in.
Later you will receive an email notification about the unread messages.
You may turn on push notification as well if you like. Push notifications will be delivered even if you leave the GEGI browser tab:
The chat saves your conversation history with the User Support so you can find any previous answers or update your previous requests with new questions.
After closing the conversation you will be able to mark your request as resolved or not and rate the User Support work by leaving a grade and a comment.
