  • Admin → Clinical Enrollment Areas → Add Clinical Enrollment Areas

  • Admin → Clinical Enrollment Areas → View Clinical Enrollment Areas

  • Admin → Clinical Enrollment Areas → Edit Clinical Enrollment Areas

  • Admin → Clinical Enrollment Areas → Delete Clinical Enrollment Areas


Case:

Ability to keep information about the Clinical Areas that students are interested in is required to control and adjust the students enrollment to different programs and Clinical Areas.


Problem:

It is not possible to define the Preferred Clinical Enrollment Areas for leads/students in GEGI.


Solution:

Added the Preferred Clinical Enrollment Area field to the Lead Details panel:



The Leads & Students page now has the Preferred Clinical Enrollment Area search parameter and the ability to export this data as a CSV file:



The Preferred Clinical Enrollment Area field was added to the New Email Leads and the New Email Lead pages as well.


Added the Clinical Enrollment Area page that allows editing the Clinical Enrollment Areas list:



Added the Enable Clinical Enrollment Areas checkbox to the Program Details panel. The Preferred Clinical Enrollment Area value can be set only for students that have this setting enabled in Inquired Program:
