GEGI Student Management System (version 4.16.0)

Education:

• Clinical Sites: Added the View/Delete Actions in addition to the existing Edit action on the page with the list of all Clinical Sites and the Delete button on the single Clinical Site view page.
• Transcript: Added the hint about Main Clinical Rotation for empty grades.
• Transcript: Updated the Date Completed, the Official Graduation Date, and the Official Date of Withdrawal fields display.

Emails: 

• Fixed the error related to the incorrect email size calculation for the emails with attachments.
  The error allowed to create emails in GEGI that could not have been sent and the users did not know about it. The maximum email size is now set to 30 Mb. If an email size exceeds this limit, the users will see a warning notification in the email sending form.

Financial:

• Added an ability to automatically receive files of different types from SAIG (The Student Aid Internet Gateway) Mailbox and add them to CPS Files report. It can be configured by sending a request to GEGI support. You can find more information in the following article: Downloading Files From the SAIG Mailbox.
• ISIRs: Improved the Update Payment Plans and the FA Tracking Forms pages interface.
  Hints are displayed if a student has no Payment Plan with the Academic Year that can be updated.
• ISIRs: Fixed the display of integers in ISIR PDF: they are now displayed without the decimal part (e.g., EFC).
• A/R Table: Fixed an error that led to displaying a bigger time interval than had been selected when searching by Transaction Date using the Custom option.

Leads & Students: 

• Added an ability to set values for the From Ad and the From Site fields in New Email Lead and Lead Details.
  The values are shown in the Source field.
• Fixed the error that led to showing the word "many" instead of the number of results during the search on the Leads & Students page.

Placement:  

• Placement Records: Added formatting to Supervisor's Phone (5555555555 now changes to (555) 555-5555).

Text Messages:

• Fixed an error that led to displaying a bigger time interval than had been selected when searching by Created on and by Closed on using the Custom option on the Campaigns Report and the Text Message Campaigns pages.
