Locations:

  • Student’s Data in Group → View Withdrawal Worksheet


Users with the following permissions:

  • Leads & Students → View Withdrawal Worksheet


Case: 

If the Was it a Withdrawal or an Expulsion field is empty in Student's Withdrawal Worksheet, the field is highlighted in red because it is required for populating the Withdrawal Worksheet.


Problem: 

The user that filled in a Withdrawal Worksheet could not understand what should be done to correct that error in the Withdrawal Worksheet.


Solution:

Added a hint for the Was it a Withdrawal or an Expulsion field:
