Users with the following permissions:  

  • Admin → Lists
  • Leads & Students → View


Case: 

Users enter the country or the state of a student in the State field in the student profile. 


Problem: 

The name of the State field is incorrect because it is used for the country as well. Due to the fact that users have the ability to edit the possible values of countries, the names of countries can be entered with errors or duplicated.


Solution:

Wherever used, the State field is renamed to Country/State.

The directory of countries has been updated and it already contains all existing countries. Only a country from the directory can be selected on the Edit Student "Name" page in the Country/State field.

The Other list item allowed to add any other country manually. This item is removed from the list:
