GEGI Student Management System (version 4.19.0)

Education:

• Added article: How to correctly configure the new Clinical Sites?
• Grading: Added the checking for changes in Final Grade and Stage of Pipeline in Group after changing Letter Grade.
• Grading: Added an ability to enter 0 for Remediation, %.
• Email Notifications: Fixed the error that led to users receiving the Missed grading notification emails about courses where all students already had final grade.

Enrollment:

• Enrollment Agreement: Added an ability to enter 0 for Transfer Credit Contact Hours.
• Enrollment Agreement: Fixed the error that could lead to showing incorrect "Expected Payments must include expected payment with amount $ 75.00 for the "Registration Fee" limit when Populating EA.

Financial:

• Reorganized Financial Menu: Improved menu structure, regrouped menu items, implemented Multi-Level Menu.
• ISIRs: Added an ability to update PP and FA Tracking Form immediately after creation.
• ISIRs: Added the ISIRs tab for students that previously had the Financial tab unavailable (have not reached the ENROLLED status) if ISIR files have been received for the students.

Leads & Students:

• Added an article: What happens to the student after group completion?
• Fixed the error related to incorrect Allowed Email Domains validation. The error prevented editing Alternative Emails for students.

New Email Leads:

• Added an article: How to manage New Email Leads?

Placement:

• Placement Records: Fixed the access validation error that appeared in version 4.18.0 and made it unable for users with the Placement: View Students (own) permission to see the Placement Details pages.
• Placement Records: Fixed the error that appeared in version 4.17.0 and caused the Placement Records report opening slower than usual.

Student Folders:

• E-Sign: Fixed the error that caused incorrect signature placement if the packages with different signers were merged into a single package. Now such documents are separated into different packages and the signatures are placed correctly.

User Support:

• Added an article: How to use Freshdesk?
• Implemented GEGI and Freshdesk integration.

Other:

• Added the ability to use Multi-Level Menu.
• Fixed the search error in the following reports: Forum, Placement Records, Leads & Students, E-Sign Packages, FA Tracking Report. The error led to a situation when the results included the information with the date that is different from the one selected in the From and To filters. The error appeared when the From and To field values were equal.
  Fixing those errors started in version 4.17.0 and is completed in this release.
