Case:

ISIR files can be uploaded for students without a Payment Plan.


Problem:

After a Payment Plan is created, the Payment Plan and the FA Tracking Form must be updated manually on the ISIRs page.


Solution:  

Added an ability to update a Payment Plan with data from ISIRs immediately after its creation. 

After adding a Payment Plan (Financial Details → Create Payment Plan), a user will see a list of the uploaded ISIR files and buttons that allow to update the Payment Plan with the ISIR files data or skip updating:



Pressing the Update button will display the additional step - Update Payment Plans and FA Tracking Forms from ISIR. This step allows selecting which Academic Years should be updated and review the data:



If the student has no ISIRs or the user clicked the Skip button at the first step, the additional step is skipped and the user sees the usual Payment Plan editing interface. 


You can update the data from ISIRs at any moment. For that purpose, the Student "Name": Edit Payment Plan page now has the Update ISIR Data from ISIRs item in the Actions drop-down menu:
