Locations:  

  • Grading: Letter Grades
  • Grading in Clinical Rotation: Letter Grades

 

Users with the following permissions:  

  • Education → Clinical Grading → Edit Clinical Letter Grades
  • Education → Grading → Edit Letter Grades 
  • Education → Grading → Edit Letter Grades after SAP Rules Met

Case:

Letter Grades can be configured for courses at any moment.


Problem:

If the Letter Grades values are reconfigured for the course where a student already has Is Final Grade, the student's Final Grade and Stage of Pipeline in Group may change.


Solution:  

Added checking for Final Grade and Stage of Pipeline in Group changing before Letter Grades are reconfigured.

If a student already has Is Final Grade and changing Letter Grades affects the student's Final Grade, the user will see a warning message with information about which students will have their grades changed and how the grades will be changed:



If changing grades affects Stage of Pipeline in Group as well, the changes will be shown in the warning message too:



At this moment, the Letter Grades changes can be saved by clicking the Confirm Changes and Save button. The students grades and statuses will be recalculated.
