GEGI Student Management System (version 4.20.0)

Education:

• Added the ability for a student to take courses in different groups of the same program.
• SAP: Added the validation of Manual Final Grades and Final Grades with the Pass/Fail type to meet SAP Rules.
• SAP: Fixed the error that caused Satisfactory Academic Progress Rule to be empty in SAP (PDF) with SAP Rules configured in the program. The error was reproduced for certain students and was related to the stage change in a Prereq Group.

Enrollment:

• Enrollment Agreement: Added the ability to configure Opted Out fields.
• Enrollment Agreement: Added the ability to select the Credit Granted Courses in Enrollment Agreement.
  
• Enrollment Agreement: Fixed the error that caused Charge Amounts to show $1 instead of the correct value in some cases.
• Transfer Credits: Fixed the permission check when working with Transfer Credit. The permission to edit enrolled students is now enough.

Financial:

• A/R Aging Summary Billing: Added the ability to search students by selected stage in the selected period.
• A/R Table: Fixed the error that caused other filters to get ignored when Core Group is selected in Search & Order.
• A/R Table: Fixed the error that led to generating incorrect report with no transactions selected. It happened when the selected Core Group was reset in Search & Order. 
• Invoices: Fixed the errors that made it impossible to pay some Invoices using the available Cash Payments. This could lead to incorrect calculations in the A/R Aging Summary Billing report.
• Received Payments: Fixed the error that sometimes caused incorrect calculations for Cash or Returned Check in the Paid Amount column.
• Void Refund: Allowed to enter the amount of Void equal to the amount of Refund, and the changes are immediately included to the A/R Card.

Financial Aid:

• Files from SAIG Mailbox: Added two modes for downloading files from SAIG Mailbox. You can find more information in the following article: Downloading the Files from SAIG Mailbox.

Leads & Students:

• Search & Order: Fixed searching by a single day in the Entrance Exam (SLE) Date. 
• Search & Order: Fixed searching Prereq Groups by Cohort/Group on the Leads & Student and the Financial Module: Students pages.
