Case: 

Some students take courses in different groups of one program.


Problem: 

There is a restriction in GEGI that prevents students from being active in multiple groups of one program simultaneously. The active status for the student can only be set by the users that have the "Change the stage in group to ENROLLING when a student has other groups in the same program in the active stage (ENROLLED, ACTIVE, etc.)" permission.


Solution: 

Added a setting (Allow an Active Student Stage in Several Groups of the Same Program) that allows lifting the restriction, perform transfer, and change student status to ENROLLED or ACTIVE in multiple groups of one program. 

When the setting is enabled, the "Change the stage in group to ENROLLING when a student has other groups in the same program in the active stage (ENROLLED, ACTIVE, etc.)" is hidden:
