You can see the Groups panel on the Didactic Groups page. The panel shows detailed information about groups:



  • Group Name
  • Group Status 
  • Type – group type can be either Core (main program) or Prereq (prerequisite courses).
  • Campus – the campus the group belongs to.
  • Program  – the program the group belongs to.
  • Start Date – the date when the study starts.
  • Completion Date – the date when the study ends.
  • Courses – the list of the courses assigned to you in that group.

You can click the name of a group in the Group Name column to open the page with the Group Info panel that shows the following information:



  • Program – program name.
  • Group – group name.
  • GPA – you average grade in this group.

The Courses panel on that same page displays the list of the courses you attend. Here is detailed information about the courses:



  • Number – the short course name
  • Title – course name
  • Is Final Grade?  whether the grade for the course is final or not
  • Grade – current grade or final grade (if Is Final Grade is set)
  • Completed Contact Hours – the number of classes attended in the course
  • Completed Credit Hours


If your grade is not satisfactory (lower than the required course completion minimum grade), it will be highlighted in red. In this case, we advise you to contact your instructor to improve the grade.


Each course has the Actions menu with two options. View Attendance and View Grading:
