When you experience any problems, you can ask a question to Support. It can be done by creating a ticket on the User Support: New Ticket page. Open the page by clicking the New Ticket item in the User Support menu:
Fill in the required fields and click the Create button.
- Support – select the type of Support Service (GEGI Support or School Support).
- Subject – short issue description.
- Suggestion or Issue Report – detailed issue description.
- Attachments – upload files if needed.
The User Support: Requests page shows all tickets that you created. On this same tab, you can see the New Request button. Click the button to open the ticket creation page:
You can also contact GEGI Support using Freshchat. Click the chat icon in the lower right corner to open it:
Select the subject for your request and type in the chat as usual:
