TABLE OF CONTENTS


The documents for the entire study period are collected in your profile and are divided into 2 types:

  • documents uploaded manually including e-sign packages;
  • documents generated by GEGI automatically.


All your documents are displayed in the Student Folder panel. You can review or download them by clicking the name of a document or using the Download item in the Actions drop-down menu:

Note: e-sign Package is a set of documents added to a profile that require to be signed using an electronic signature. More information about how to sign such documents can be found in the following article: How to Sign E-Sign Document as a Student.


 The Info column shows the status of e-sign Packages.

  • Signing – not all signers signed the documents.
  • Signed – the documents are signed.
  • Canceled – the document has been canceled.
  • Expired – the document has not been signed on time by all signers. It is now expired and unavailable for signing.

Click the view info link to see detailed information about a document.

  • Required signatures – the list of users that are to sign the document.
  • History – document changes history. When and who created, signed, or canceled the document:


If some documents are not signed, whatever the tab you are viewing you will see a message with the reminder and the name of the unsigned document. You will also see a sign near the Student Folder menu item with a number representing the unsigned document count. The new e-sign Packages that require signing are highlighted in orange on the Student Folder panel:


Documents That Are Generated by GEGI Automatically


The automatically generated documents that do not require signing are shown with a "Created by GEGI" note:


Those documents are:

  • AR Card
  • Form 1098-T
  • Estimated Financial Aid Award
  • Statement of Obligation
