Users with the following permissions: 

  • Text Messages → Edit Text Message Campaigns


Case:

GEGI allows adding students to the existing Text Message Campaigns.


Problem:

On the Create or Update Text Message Campaign, there is no validation for students that have been added to the campaign earlier.


Solution: 

When selecting the active campaign in the Campaign field on the Create or Update Text Message Campaign: Step 2 of 2 - Send Message page, the final student list is now validated. This prevents sending messages to the students that have been added to the campaign earlier:



If such students exist, the system will display a warning message with the list of the students that will not be sent the message again:



If all the students in the campaign have already been sent the message, the system will not let to send the message again:
