GEGI Student Management System (version 4.24.0)

Communication:

  • Send Email: Fixed the display of the maximum allowed size tooltip for the attached file when sending emails. Currently, the correct size is displayed there (30.00 MB for now).


Education:

  • Clinical Sites: Fixed the error that led to the campus filter not working on the Clinical Sites page.


Enrollment:

  • Registration Form: Added the new template, Registration Form PDF, that has an improved design and additional pages: SUPPLEMENTAL DATA, TO DO & CHECKLIST.
  • Registration Form: The References are now divided into Personal and Professional with an ability to edit; the term Race is changed to Ethnicity, Military - to Veteran Status; added an email field for Emergency Contact and References.
  • Enrollment Agreement: Fixed the error that made the Opted Out fields data disappear from the Enrollment Agreement after populating the first version of a Financial Aid Plan. All lost data has been restored.


Financial:

  • Added an article: What should I do if a student has unpaid invoices in the previous group?
  • Accounting: Added permission to cancel payment deposits. Only users with that permission can cancel deposits.
  • Scheduled Charges: Added output for the negative Adjustments.
  • Scheduled Charges: Improved the speed for the Scheduled Charges report.
  • The Unpaid Charges report and some columns (Open Balance and Paid Amount) in the Scheduled Charges report are hidden. It showed incorrect information because GEGI is not currently registering which Charges exactly have been paid. 
  • Import Payments: Fixed the error that prevented importing a lot of payments at once (approximately 300). Now, GEGI allows importing these numbers of payments simultaneously without delays.


Financial Aid:


Leads & Students:

  • Removed the unused field, First Enrolled Date in the Financial tab in the student profile. Currently, you can find the first enrolled date in the Main Stages of Pipeline panel on the Lead tab.


Other:

  • Fixed the error in the Financial, Financial Aid, Billing, and Student Folders reports. The error prevented searching by the campus with the Stage in Group filter. Searching by campus and Stage in Group now shows the student with the selected status in the selected campus.
