Users with the following permissions:
- Financial → View
- Financial → ISIRs [Beta] → View ISIRs Report
- Financial → FA Tracking Form → View FA Tracking Forms
- Financial → FA Tracking Form → View FA Tracking Report
- Financial → Update Financial Aid Plans and FA Tracking Forms from ISIR [Beta]
Case:
Users form FA Department need to check the student's Grade Level in College and Degree/Certificate from ISIR to correctly define the grade level.
Problem:
These values are missing in GEGI and it takes time for users to find and check them manually.
Solution:
Added the Grade Level in College field and the Degree/Certificate field to the ISIR Data subpanel on the Student "Name": Financial Aid Plan page and the Student "Name": Financial Aid Tracking Form page. Also added the corresponding filters to FA Tracking Report:
The fields can be filled manually or updated from the student's ISIR file. Perform the automatic update using the Update Payment Plans and FA Tracking Forms action for the required student records on the ISIRs [Beta] page:
If the field has been updated from ISIR, hovering over it will bring up the following tooltip:
If the field has been updated manually and differs from the ISIR value, it will be highlighted in yellow and you will see the following tooltip:
