Case:

In the Aging reports, there must be an ability to sort information by duration and period number.

Problem:

There is no such sorting in GEGI now.

Solution

Added the Days per Aging Period field and the Number of Periods field to be able to configure the duration and the period number on the A/R Aging Summary and the Aging Summary Billing pages:

The default value in the reports is 30 for Days per Aging Period, 4 - for Number of Periods, and the maximum 500 and 50 accordingly.  The values for periods are calculated as follows: 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-120, etc.

The filed values are saved to be used for creating periods when printing the report from PDF, CSV, and the Send Balance Due Reminders function from the Actions menu.

Available since GEGI v4.25.0 (view release notes)
