Case:
Some programs require a student to take prerequisite courses.
Problem:
Presently, such programs have core and prereq groups linked and have a single Enrollment Agreement for both groups. According to the requirements, each group should have its own EA.
Solution:
Added Enrollment Agreement template for one group. This means such EA can contain information about a single student group only. From now on, a separate EA has to be created for all new groups. EA for two groups can be created only for the existing or old groups.
All mentions of the terms "core" and "prereq", and all information about the prereq group have been removed from GEGI and EA (PDF) interfaces:
The process of working with EA has not changed — it still requires to be created, filled, and populated.
