Users with the following permissions:
- Documents and E-Sign Packages → View
- Documents and E-Sign Packages → Download
- Leads & Students → View
Case:
Users need to download the selected student documents.
Problem:
Now, if the documents are signed using e-sign, and several documents are combined into one package, they will be downloaded altogether. This leads to downloading and printing unnecessary documents.
Solution:
Added the ability to download only selected documents, regardless of whether they are in one e-sign package or not.
To download a document, select Download Signed in the Actions drop-down menu. GEGI will download only this document (without the RightSignature certificate):
There are several ways to download documents but the downloading will function the same way across the system:
- If you select several documents and download them using Download Selected on the Student "Name": Student Folders page.
- If you download only actual documents using Download Current on the Student "Name": Student Folders page.
- If you download all student documents using Download Documents on the Leads & Students page.
If you need to download documents with a signing certificate, use the Download Package with Signature Certificate item in the Actions drop-down menu.
