GEGI Student Management System (version 4.36.0)

Enrollment:  

  • Enrollment Agreement: Fixed the error that prevented payment period dates validation for being within the Pending Period when populating the Enrollment Agreement after the student transfer.


Education:

  • Attendance PDF: Fixed the error when the "Group" field in the student’s Attendance PDF showed no information about the groups from the campuses to which the user has no access.


Financial: 

  • Scheduled Charges: Transaction Auto-Creation After Pending Period.
  • Sales Receipts: Added an ability to import, edit, and delete sales receipts for students whose payments are not available yet.
  • A/R Card: Fixed the error that caused some transactions to get deleted after switching "Stage of Pipeline in Group" to NOT STARTED or TRANSFERRED.


Financial Aid:

  • Financial Aid Plan: Added an additional checking for the FA Plan population. The checking applies when the information from "Expected Family Contribution for Pell" or "Expected Family Contribution for Loans" does not match the information from the last uploaded student’s ISIR.
  • ISIR: Fixed the error when one student’s ISIR could get imported for another student.
  • Originate & Disburse: Fixed the error when the anticipated disbursements could not be reset for expelled students.
  • Originate & Disburse: Fixed the error that caused the "Download File" link to point to a wrong file. 
  • Originate & Disburse:: Fixed the error when the "Loan Information" form entries were not saved if the "Rebate Percentage" field was empty.


Leads & Students:

  • Lead Details: Fixed the error that made it impossible to delete a student from a group on the Lead Details page.
  • Lead Details: Fixed the error that may lead to two active statuses (Stage of Pipeline in Group) to be shown at once. This could cause incorrect calculations of Open Balance for bills.


Text Messages:

  • Sent/Received Text Messages JournalFixed the error that appeared after the 4.35.0 release and made the previous messages unavailable for users and there was no ability to work with the sent messages.
