Case:
There are different types of courses with different costs.
Problem:
There is no ability in GEGI to set different "Cost per Hour for Professional Courses" for different types of courses.
Solution:
Added an ability to set different "Cost per Hour for Professional Courses" for different types of courses.
Added the course type configuration to the Educations → Settings → Type of Courses menu:
Now, you can select the course type for each course in each course list of a group or a program:
You can set "Cost per Hour for Professional Courses" for each course of a group on the Group Details page:
When calculating the "Tuition Fee" in the Enrollment Agreement Template, the type of the courses and their individual costs are taken into account. The "Tuition Fee" formula is shown in the tooltip:
"Cost per Hour for Professional Courses" is copied from the Enrollment Agreement Template of a group into the student’s Enrollment Agreement. It can be changed later in every student’s Enrollment Agreement on the Edit Enrollment Agreement page:
"Cost per Hour for Professional Courses" is used for the "Tuition Fee" calculation in the student’s Enrollment Agreement. The calculation formula description is shown in the tooltip as well:
