Expected Payments: Limited the Ability to Void Bills with Past Dates

Locations:  

• Student "Student’s Name": Expected Payments

Users with the following permissions: 

• View Expected Payments
• Edit Expected Payments
• Can Void Bills with Past Dates
• Can Void Bills (Not Paid Only)

Case:

Users need to see the real debts of the students.

Problem:

Users have the ability to void the unpaid bills for the expected payments with a past date and reschedule them.

Solution: 

Added the limitation that prevents voiding the unpaid bills for the expected payments with a past date:

The limitation can be overridden by the new permission: Can Void Bills with Past Dates.
