Users with the following permissions: 

  • View FA Tracking Forms (all students)
  • View FA Tracking Forms (own campuses and programs)
  • View FA Tracking Report


Case: 

Originations and disbursements must be created for students and sent to COD on time.


Problem: 

There is no ability to quickly find students of specific groups who have no originations.


Solution: 

Added the Originations Status column in the FA Tracking Report and the Originations block to the FA Tracking Form Data. 


The Originations Status filter has two options. 


The first is for award/loan type:

  1. Pell
  2. Subsidized Loan
  3. Unsubsidized Loan
  4. PLUS:



The second is for the status: 

  1. Not Originated
  2. Not Ready
  3. Ready
  4. Sent
  5. Accepted
  6. Rejected
  7. Corrected
  8. Duplicate:


The Not Originated option allows finding students without origination.


Added the Originations block to the Tracking Form Data on the Student "Student’s Name": Financial Aid Tracking Form page. The block lists the Pell, Subsidized Loan, Unsubsidized Loan, PLUS statuses for each academic year. The columns show the origination status. If there is no origination, it will show Not Originated. If one academic year has multiple records, you will see all their statuses as a list:
