Users with the following permissions: 

  • Leads & Students → Change Stage from ACTIVE to NOT STARTED


Case:

If a student rejects to continue the study, the student’s stage of the pipeline in a group switches to NOT STARTED.


Problem:

Changing the stage of the pipeline in a group to NOT STARTED after the core program cancel date leads to incorrect or irrelevant records in the A/R Card. 


Solution: 

Added the limitation that prevents changing the stage of the pipeline in a group from ACTIVE to NOT STARTED after the core program cancel date:


There is a permission that allows overriding this limitation: Change Stage from ACTIVE to NOT STARTED (ignore Program "Cancel" Date).
