Locations:  

  • Leads & Students → Student "Name": Lead Details


Users with the following permissions: 

  • Leads & Students → View
  • Leads & Students →  Edit


Case:

We need to be able to define which pronouns should be used when communicating with students with respect to their gender identity.


Problem:

You cannot save the preferred pronouns in the student profile.


Solution: 

Added the Preferred Pronoun field to the Lead Details page. It has the following options:

  • He/Him
  • She/Her
  • They/Them


The selected pronoun will be shown after the student's name in brackets:



Besides that, the preferred pronouns are shown in the tables near the student's name:
