Locations:

  • Financial → Payment Reports → Received Payments
  • Leads & Students → Student "Name": Payments and Refunds


Users with the following permissions: 

  • Financial → Received Payments → Edit Deposited Payments


Case:

In the course of work, users need to change some deposited payment properties that do not affect the total deposit sum.


Problem:

The deposited payments properties cannot be changed in GEGI.


Solution:

Added the ability to edit deposited payments.


All Cash payments fields can be edited except Original Amount:


Note: Student changing is now allowed for all payment types. To do this, you need to click the select link beside the student's name, select the new student, and save the form.


Added the ability to change estimated payments from the FA plan of a student for Awards:



Note: The standard closed and pending periods limitations apply when editing deposited payments.
