Admin:

• Added the "Student Folders & Templates" menu for working with the document templates in GEGI.

Education:

• Transcript PDF: Instead of "In Progress" the "I" (incomplete) grade is shown in the transcript for the old groups for the students with Transferred, Dropped Transferred, or LOA Transferred Stages of Pipeline in Group. • Transcript: Fixed the error that led to the incorrect course name being displayed in Transcript PDF.

Enrollment:

• Enrollment Agreement: Added the ability to edit courses and books without creating a draft.
• Enrollment Agreement: Fixed the error that prevented removing the clinical courses completed in a previous group from the "Assigned Courses" table in the Enrollment Agreement of the new group.

Financial:

• Transactions: Added automatic General Journal Entry transactions creation after voiding a refund.
• Financial Reports: 1098-T Table report has been updated to the year 2021.
• Expected Payments: Added the sum for the "Open Balance" column in "Total".
• Received Payments: Added the limitation that makes it a requirement to distribute the whole award sum among students when creating the award.
• Transactions: Added the ability to change some types of transactions.
• Transactions: Added the automatic creation of transactions with the current date after populating an Enrollment Agreement/FA plan.
• Balances Reconciliation: Fixed the error that caused showing incorrect balance from the A/R Card for some students.
• Import Refunds: Fixed the error that prevented selecting a payment type for mismatched students.
• Received Payments: Fixed the error that changed the number of the selected lines when switching between pages.

Financial Aid:

• Financial Aid Plan: Fixed incorrect validation triggering for transaction change in closed periods during population.
• Originate & Disburse: Fixed the error that prevented sending a record to COD when "Borrower’s Current SSN" matched any student’s SSN.
• Originate & Disburse: Fixed the error that prevented showing actual information for disbursements.

Leads & Students:

• Registration Form: Fixed the error when a charge was deleted from a registration form after changing the charge group to the group in the draft Enrollment Agreement.

Other:

• User Details: Added the "Preferred Pronoun" field.
• Contacts: The "Student" column is renamed to "Full Name".
• Fixed the error when a blank page was shown without any explanations after some system errors. Now, the error message is displayed in such cases.
