Institutional Grants can be added to a student’s Enrollment Agreement to reduce the tuition fee charge and for further automatic cost per hour (credit) calculation for each course type.
The table with all institutional grants is located in the student’s Enrollment Agreement under the Charges Itemization & Total Tuition Fees panel:
You can add an institutional grant previously predefined in a group or a grant with a custom amount:
After you add an institutional grant, the following occurs:
- The tuition fee charge is reduced by the sum of the added institutional grant.
- According to the new tuition fee charge amount, the new values for cost per hour (credit) are calculated for each course type.
Please note that the cost per hour (credit) values will be automatically rounded to two decimal places. It may require updating the tuition fee charge amount manually so that it corresponds to the sum calculated using cost per hour (credit) and the hours of the student.
Institutional Grants in EA Template
Institutional grants can be added to the Enrollment Agreements template of each group. Those grants will be further available for addition to the students’ Enrollment Agreements:
