There is a publicly available page in GEGI SIS that allows students to register in groups and at the same time pay for the study.
Selecting Groups for the Registration
The list of the groups available for online registration is available on the Leads & Students → Groups Registration page:
Click Open Registration to Group to configure the group for online registration:
The following features are available:
- The Admission Advisor defined in the group configuration will be automatically assigned to a student after registering.
- You can define different prices for a student who has already studied and a new student.
- You can set the number of available seats in the group. The registration will close once this number is reached.
The number of available seats is automatically reduced with every registered student. - You can set Registration Open Date and Registration Close Date that define the dates when the registration will automatically open or close.
After the successful registration, the student is automatically assigned to the selected group and gets the REGISTERED status in that group.
Select the Type of Payment
Each program has a Payment Type for Registration in the Group setting that defines which payment will be added for a student: cash payment in Accounts Receivable or the sales receipt:

You can customize some of the elements of the Registration to Group interface:
Use the Fields in the Groups for Registration form school setting to customize the list of columns for the registration form:

Automatic Creation of the Registration Form
The Enable Online Registration Form school setting enables the extended registration form and the automatic creation of the student’s Registration Form after populating the Online Registration Form:
After an unauthorized student fills out the registration form and pays the registration fee, the student will be automatically added to the selected group, the registration form draft will be created, and the stage of the pipeline of the student will be set to REGISTERING/REGISTERED.
